We are the McHenry County Sportsmen’s Association, an organization that supports and defends the United States and the State of Illinois constitutions.

Once the transaction is complete and you leave the website, we maintain the information you gave us to conduct the transaction.
All transactions take place on PayPal, our payment Processor.

Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

How long we retain your data
Unless you tell us otherwise through the contact form, we maintain membership information and any information shared through the contact form for a period of one year.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
We can only provide information dating back one year. Records older than one year are deleted.
Where we send your data
We use a SPAM prevention service that uses information provided in the contact form. Captcha, and reCaptcha from Google verify that you are not a bot or spammer.
